Our first early release is Wednesday, September 15th. Students will be dismissed at 1:15 p.m. Other release days are: 10/20/21, 11/17/21, 1/19/22, 2/16/22, 4/20/22, 5/18/22.

Waukegan Public Schools will administer the annual state-mandated Illinois Assessment of Readiness (IAR) to all students in grades 3-8 upon our return from Spring Break. The IAR consists of two sections of English Language Arts and three sections of Mathematics. It is administered over 3-5 days. Assessment results will be shared with families in the fall.
