Nurse's Notes

GENERAL INFORMATION FROM YOUR SCHOOL NURSE

The primary mission of the School Health Service department at Waukegan Community Unit School District #60 is to promote the health and safety of students, recognizing that healthy children are better learners. This is accomplished through a comprehensive program that includes prevention, health education, and administration of direct health care services. http://www.wps60.org/District/Department/46-School-Health-Services/1426-About-School-Health-Services.html

School Health Services, provided by a School Nurse, are available to all students at Abbott Middle School. If you would like to discuss School Health Services related to your child's healthcare needs, please contact me.
